Joe Ochs is THE BEST. I can’t believe how amazing the hospitality is here at Arlington Toyota. It is my first time buying a car for myself and throughout the whole process from the minute we pulled into the lot Joe Ochs made my experience extremely seamless and showed an endless amount of transparency, trust, care, and consideration of my financial situation. The minute we stepped out our cars, he greeted us warmly asking if anyone has been able to take care of us. We got lucky to have him. I only came to look around and was not planning to sign off on anything because I didn’t think I would have enough funds. BUT no! Joe let me browse the lot and we went through about 3 cars and found the absolute best car for me that I LOVE. He went above and beyond to make sure I got to take it home with me today. Gave me resources to make sure I would be able to maintain my car in the future. I had to bring up the fact of transparency credibility, these are factors of what makes businesses successful. Brian A answered the phone the night before when I called and he was the one that I saw for the appointment. I ended up with a different car than I had planned on buying. He worked with me and went above and beyond.j am so pleased with my new car, it fits me not my budget. He really listened
